Surface Mount Assembly Equipment

Saline Lectronics currently has four Juki Surface Mount lines for SMT PCB assembly. With a large stock of feeders, we are able to stay flexible by having jobs queued ahead, and adapt to our various customers’ ever-changing needs. We are accustomed to using surface mount jointly with more traditional through hole components for complex boards.

Our high speed placement machines process your circuit boards quickly with high accuracy. We have the capability of placing components as large as 74 x 74 mm and as small as 0201. The laser inspection equipment used in these machines ensures that the components will be placed correctly every time. By verifying component orientation and checking for component damage, you can be assured that our quality is second to none.
