Saline Lectronics offers state-of-the art BGA placement equipment that will ensure the highest quality PCB assembly process possible.

We have experience placing all types of BGAs from micro BGAs to large BGAs. We have extensive experience with ceramic BGAs, plastic BGAs, Quad Flat Packages (QFP), and Quad Flat No leads (QFN), also known as bottom termination SMT components.

Saline Lectronics does not produce BGAs, but we can take care of BGA assembly & placement for PCB manufacture. We also support Research & Development with removal and replacement of new revisions of active components, such as processors, allowing R & D to evaluate your new revisions.
